Price and lead time come from the manufacturer or an authorized distributor, with country of origin confirmed for Buy American compliance.
Package
Parts go to a certified packaging partner for MIL-STD-2073 preservation, MIL-DTL-117 bagging where required, and MIL-STD-129 marking with the correct labels.
Deliver
Shipments move FOB origin or destination as the contract states, with WAWF invoicing and shipment notices filed the day the parts ship.

Yellow Oak Supply LLC was formed in 2026 in San Diego, California, and is owned and operated by Jacob Swanno. The company was built with guidance from an established DLA supplier, and our quoting and fulfillment process follows the practices that keep that supplier's delivery record strong.
